Concept/Set Up
- Reception Style Set up in ENVY on the wine cellar side overlooking the pool and the wine cellar
- Highboys and Cocktail tables throughout the room
- Projection Screen featuring pictures of harvest, wines and winemaker’s from Four Vines
- Four Vines will work with Khoury’s Wine Store to accept orders from customers
- Khoury’s Wine Store will be present and assist Wine Maker in promoting his wine
Food & Beverage
- Action station set up by Chef
- Passed Hors d’hoeuvres
- Pouring station featuring Four Vines Wines paired with Chef’s Food Selection
Drawings/Giveaways
- Wine maker Bill Grant will give away signed Magnum’s of his own collection
- Bill will bring in exclusive wines only poured in tasting rooms at his winery
